| I require a deposit to start a project. Please note this deposit is non-refundable. Once I start your design, I will submit a template of the design for you to review. From that I will make changes based on your feedback, and then I will submit another sample template. If after this 2nd design phase you require more changes that were not clear during the initial editions (especially color and structure changes), there will be a $25 fee to alter the template again, and for each subsequent design alteration during the designing phase. I cannot change the design over and over again, as this is very time consuming. |

I expect full payment at the launch of your final site design after it is approved by you. On occasion I will accept payments, however this must be agreed upon prior to my beginning your site design. I try very hard to include any extras that you may want on your web site, however some things require a bit more time. I do not, and cannot, guarantee exactly when I will have your web site finished. I do my best and will keep you updated on the progress. If you have a target date, let me know and I will try to work within that time frame. I also do not have a crystal ball, so if you want to add a certain background song, sometimes it helps if you search for this song yourself and then send it to me. At the very least, please let me know the name and singer of the song to help me find it! The same applies if you have a special sort of image that you would like on your web site - please give me details or show examples. I understand that sometimes relationships end. If you no longer want me to maintain or host your web site, please let me know via email and I will give you all the information you need to transfer your site or to maintain it yourself. If you owe me any funds, full payment will be expected prior to my releasing this information to you. Please note that my copyright must stay on the site design with a link back to me. I do not guarantee web site traffic or search engine placement. I submit your site to the search engines and implement the best key words, phrases and metatags, but I simply cannot guarantee site traffic or sales from your site. I will analyze your site stats and manipulate as necessary to try to improve your ranking. I cannot stress enough how important good photos are for your site! While I can do some photo touch-ups to make photos clearer, and remove backgrounds, I will NOT remove eye goop stains from Persian cats or alter eye color, etc. I find this to be false advertising and I downright refuse to allow an innocent person purchase an animal based on a photo on a web site that has been altered to make that pet look better than it truly does. Take good pictures! Wipe your cats and dogs eyes! Bathe them and brush them for the photo shoot. This is not meant to be offensive, it is to help my clients and to avoid problems later for everyone. I consider my reputation very important and will only take on clients that are equally proud of their good reputation. I do ask that you read and acknowledge a simple Design Agreement prior to my starting your project.
